Position: Computer System Engineer
Job site: El Monte, CA
Design and develop systems to keep the inventory maintenance and integration between Amazon and storefront and company website.
Create and maintain database, with database hosted on a cloud virtual machine and web-based interface for the management of the data bases records.
Design and development of customer facing website including shopping and invoicing functionality.
Connection to Amazon listing and a mechanism to change list and pricing, and to monitor sales, visits and competition, via an in-house custom developed application.
Establish an administration dashboard for customer relation tasks, including order retrieval, customer offerings, and email marketing.
Generate weekly and monthly reports on orders, fulfillments, customer interactions, and website visits.
Code test and document the involved programs, with periodic updates using an Agile methodology.
